Drawing Humanity is the 10th in a series of works that depict the seemingly innocuous plethora of phrases about color to expose deeper issues concerning race. This particular piece looks at flesh-colored pencils to celebrate the diversity of our humanity. It was part of the exhibition: The Ubuntutu Legacy of Love and Action, which honored Desmond and Leah Tutu. It toured South Africa in 2016-2017.
